O.111's Discoverer is unknown... we dont know who discovered this.. however, O.111 was naturally created into the world in 2001. the exact date hasn't been confirmed... We are trying to solve who discovered this and when they did.. many theories spread that Xeno was the one who discovered this.. i think this theory is true.. but we will never know

- O.111 Is a HUGE requirement for O.MI0

- O.111 Is extremely old but still Exceedingly strong to this day!

- Xeno is claimed to be the official discoverer of O.111.

- The operation is the oldest operation that is higher than Type A placing at Type A+
