O.017 is seen as a threat to society. reasons? well, to obvious. A curse tiered as 'CO1.5' meaning what? This means it's one of the STRONGEST Curses ever recorded in current day. People were glad after it 'Weakened' as the recordings dropped to 'CO3' The curse got 1.5 times weaker within 27 years of existing. One thing you MUST remember when seeing this in normal day:

The 'Curse' Strength System:

The Curse Strength System is used to measure the strength of Curses and curses ONLY. The System measures in 'CO' CO means 'Cursed Operation' After this will be a number between 1-10. The closer to 1, the stronger the Curse. For example, O.017 Stands at 'CO3' in modern day society. meaning it has been weakened by something... or someone...

The System is really quiet complicated. however the reason this was made is as follows:

- People wanted to separate curses from Normal Operations

- People needed an easier way to decipher how strong a curse is

What Happened To O.017?

O.017 was a normal operation, it was loved by many in its first 10 years. however, when it hit 10 years old. Somebody corrupted the operation... By implementing a Forbidden sword into it. The 'SOD' took over and made O.017 what it is today. A curse that would annihilate anybody or anything...

Could O.017 Be Reverted?

From current info we have. This can't be reverted. Many people have tried to revert this, but failed. Why? Well, A curse is near impossible to revert when it exceeds 'CO4' as the curse would be to strong to even touch.
